Best practice: To avoid Syn-Tacks clumping, first mix it with 3–5 ml of bacteriostatic or distilled water, then add it to the Hyaluronic Acid serum.

Tried adding bac water before serum but it still got all globby when I added my hyaluronic acid So this review is just to state, “make sure you add enough bac water make the product fully liquefied then add a little more” If you miss this step you will not be able to do anything with the product. Sad consumer.
