Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Please note: Because we sell cosmetics and personal care products, all returns are subject to inspection to ensure our hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards are maintained.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all items must:
Be unopened and unused.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Have the original tamper-evident plastic shrink wrap completely intact.
Have all original safety seals intact and unbroken.
Be in resalable condition.
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the original tamper-evident plastic shrink wrap must not be opened, removed, punctured, torn, cut, or otherwise tampered with in any way. Once the plastic shrink wrap has been broken or removed, the product is considered opened and is no longer eligible for return.
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we are unable to resell any cosmetic or personal care product once it has been opened or its tamper-evident packaging has been compromised. Therefore, products with opened or damaged shrink wrap, broken safety seals, missing packaging, or any signs of use are not eligible for a refund.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact us at help@scantifix.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with:
A prepaid return shipping label.
Return instructions.
The appropriate return address.
Approved returns must be received by Scantifix within 14 days from the date your return authorization is issued. Returns received after this period may no longer be eligible for a refund.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Processing & Shipping Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% Return Processing & Shipping Fee.
This fee includes:
A prepaid return shipping label.
Return shipping costs.
Inspection of the returned product.
Return processing and restocking.
No additional return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued for the purchase price minus the 20% Return Processing & Shipping Fee.
Please note that the original shipping charge paid at the time of purchase is non-refundable, as this is a fixed shipping cost that has already been incurred when your order was fulfilled. Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is the direct result of our error or if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returns received with opened, damaged, missing, or otherwise compromised tamper-evident packaging will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense, or no refund will be issued.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at help@scantifix.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened cosmetics.
Opened skincare products.
Personal care products with broken, removed, or compromised tamper-evident packaging.
Gift cards.
Sale or clearance items.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your eligible product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post your refund.
