US Domestic Shipping:

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please file a police report (this can typically be done online in most states) and provide us with a copy. Once received, we will work with you to initiate a claim and determine next steps.

Important: We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout, as it helps expedite the claims process and ensures a smoother resolution.

IMPORTANT: We are unable to guarantee international delivery timeframes, as they are dependent on each country’s customs processing procedures. Processing times can vary significantly—ranging from as little as one day to several weeks or, in rare cases, months—depending on the time of year and the nature of any inspections or delays.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We accept returns only if the original packaging and seals remain unopened and intact. All cosmetic products are non-returnable.

A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returned items. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
