I love this product!! I’ve been taking for a few weeks and feel such a difference in my workouts more energy and over all better muscle recovery
Most of all I am leaner and strong without changing any diet or exercise (I still put in the work) but this pill helps recovery and I look leaner and stronger my abs are popping!

I work out 5 days a week and I’m 64 years old. Lately I have been struggling with my workouts and have not had the energy to do as much as I used to. I’ve also been battling major fatigue during the day after the gym. I have been working to lose 10 lbs so I think maybe being in a slight calorie deficit could be the problem. So I ordered these hoping they would help. It has only been a couple of weeks and I have felt just a very slight improvement. I have lost 2 more pounds so that is good. But the difference has been small enough that I’m going to give it 3 stars at this time because I was hoping it would be more noticeable. Maybe my hopes were a little too high or maybe I need to be on it longer to see the full benefit.
